The machine, which is custom-built, can be used in a number of ways:

• Unstacking the racks
• Cheese turning
• Cleaning the maturing boards
• Wheel care
• Automatic mixing of boards
• Traceability of individual cheeses

Capable of a very high production rate, this machine also reduces the number of times cheeses need to be processed, thanks to the quality of its care: double benefit for Cremo, which saves energy and increases the quality of its cheeses.
